He holds a PhD in Risk Management and Actuarial Science and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Germany. As Chief Executive Officer of SysTechHub (Germany), Moustafa leads the strategic design and execution of AI-driven solutions, scalable digital platforms, and advanced learning management systems (LMS), with a leadership approach grounded in clarity of vision, disciplined execution, and responsible, value-driven innovation.

Lukas Schneider holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from a leading European university and has over 10 years of experience in operations and strategic management within technology and education-focused organizations. Prior to joining BerlinCodeHub, he worked in senior operational roles where he led cross-functional teams, optimized internal processes, and supported international growth initiatives. At BerlinCodeHub, Lukas is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for students across Europe.
